Такое влияние может исходить от взрослых или от других детей; не могу не признать, что в моей статье в 1896 г. “Ueber die Aetiologie der Hysterie”, я переоценил частоту или значение этого влияния, хотя еще не знал тогда, что и оставшиеся здоровыми индивиды могли иметь в детском возрасте такие же переживания, и потому придавал соблазну больше значения, чем факторам данной сексуальной конструкции и развития. Само собой разумеется, что нет необходимости в соблазне, чтобы пробудить сексуальную жизнь ребенка, что такое пробуждение возможно само по себе по внутренним причинам.
