Э́рик Ри́чард Канде́л (англ. Eric Richard Kandel; род. 7 ноября 1929, Вена) — американский психиатр, нейробиолог и профессор биохимии (Центр нейробиологии и поведения, Колумбийский университет, Нью-Йорк, США). Награждён Нобелевской премией по физиологии или медицине (совместно с Арвидом Карлссоном и Полом Грингардом) за открытия, связанные с передачей сигналов в нервной системе, и в частности, за открытие молекулярных механизмов работы синапсов, лежащих в основе формирования кратковременной и долговременной памяти.
